Purpose of Simulation :
Check the ventilation system to find out:
- The reason why is the welding area hot and suffocating ?
- The reason why is the exhaust pressure so weak ?
Result :
- Air flow are swirling inside the factory that make the heat accumulated and also affect the ventialtion system.
- The air vortex take the fresh air glide over the working area; only a very small amount of fresh air reaches the working area.
- The difference between the exhaust fan and the supply fan is too large. The factory has a large roof => the heat on roof being taken back before it can flow away.
